Assistr is an initiative by Tim de Pater, Senior DevOps Architect with over twenty years of experience building scalable systems for companies across various industries.
Assistr grew out of daily practice: more and more entrepreneurs were asking for help automating recurring processes. No expensive SaaS packages, but workflows that truly fit your business and that you own yourself.

It depends on the complexity. A simple workflow, such as automatically posting purchase invoices, is often built and tested within 1 to 2 days. Larger projects involving multiple systems or more complex logic take 1 to 2 weeks.
N8N integrates with hundreds of platforms, including Exact, Moneybird, Gmail, Outlook, Slack, WhatsApp, and virtually any system with an API. No API? We'll find an alternative together.
A simple automation starts from €400 for a working, tested workflow that you own forever. More complex projects involving multiple systems or steps cost more — we'll discuss that during the free intake.
Your data stays in your own environment. N8N runs on your own server or hosting. After delivery we no longer have access to your workflows or business data.
You choose how to manage that: you can manage N8N independently (it is well documented and has an active community), or you can take out the optional management package for monitoring, updates and priority support.
No. You explain what you want to automate in plain language — the technical execution is fully taken care of. After delivery you receive documentation and a brief training so you know what's happening.
